Texyloop, a unique recycling process

Texyloop recycling
Although there are no regulatory obligation in this field, Serge Ferrari has taken the initiative of developing a unique process to recycle composite fabric waste, except for fabrics containing silicone or glass fibre.

The Texyloop process and offer:
• a collection network organised on a European, even world-wide scale,
• an industrial plant able to recycle 4 million m2 per year, located in Ferrare, Italy,
• a unique recycling process that produces second generation raw materials for re-use in a new manufacturing process.

Texyloop is a recycling unit for flexible composite materials for transformation and installation experts, blind manufacturers and digital printers.

More than 6.5 million m² have been collected since 2004.
