Serge Ferrari partner of the Polyloop Start up for a new recycling project

The Serge Ferrari Group has been focused on recycling its products for more than two decades. Having set up its own Texyloop recycling unit on an industrial scale in 2008, more than 13 million m² of Serge Ferrari materials have already been given a second lease of life by regenerating materials and thereby significantly reducing the use of primary resources. This ability to recycle high added-value materials clearly demonstrates the company's commitments to ecological transition.

Backed by this experience and determined to make an even greater impact on the environment, the Serge Ferrari Group is now going even further by becoming a partner of the Polyloop start-up (Romain Ferrari, CSR director of the Serge Ferrari group, is one of its two founders). This new company is developing an even more durable and efficient new recycling process: the Smart Factory 4.0 Polyloop. Serge Ferrari has made the Texyloop patent available to the start-up, allowing it to take advantage of this proven recycling process.

Polyloop has just earned a label awarded by the ADEME (Agency for the Environment and Energy Management) as part of its upcoming Investment Programmes (PIA ° - Circular Economy).
