Whistleblowing procedure
Serge Ferrari Group updated its whistleblowing procedure in 2023 to strengthen measures aimed at addressing any situation that could be identified as abnormal or inappropriate.
This procedure applies both to the Group’s employees and to the company’s stakeholders, who are encouraged to report without delay any suspicious or concerning situation they witness or experience.
Grounds for reporting include:
- Any case of serious and/or imminent danger;
- Any violation of the law, international commitments, or any attempt at concealment;
- Any threat or harm to the public interest;
- Any breach of the Group’s charter or Code of Conduct (corruption, money laundering, discrimination, harassment, workplace safety);
- Any violation of public health, environmental protection, privacy, personal data, or information system security;
- Any violation of consumer protection, product safety, or compliance.
