My background has been built around business development and management, with one constant: the desire to help teams and partners grow through ambitious and sustainable projects.
After several experiences as a Sales Manager and Managing Partner, I had the opportunity to lead distribution networks, manage teams, and structure high–value-added action plans. These years have allowed me to develop a comprehensive view of the market, combining strategy, on-the-ground proximity, and supporting customers in their growth.
Joining Serge Ferrari Group was an obvious choice: an innovative company focused on performance and quality, where I could put both my technical and interpersonal skills to good use.
Today, as Key Account Sales Manager for France, I am committed to supporting our manufacturers and partners in developing their business, while contributing to the group’s collective momentum and pursuit of excellence.On a daily basis, I lead and support a national network of manufacturing partners, helping them drive both commercial and strategic growth. I manage key account performance by implementing tailored action plans and ensuring regular monitoring of results. My role also involves coordinating internal and external teams to guarantee customer satisfaction, and anticipating market trends so we can adapt our offering and growth strategies accordingly. The most essential qualities for succeeding in my role are rigor and adaptability. In an ever-changing environment, it’s crucial to listen, understand each partner’s needs, and adjust your strategy as needed. This flexibility, combined with perseverance, is what allows us to build strong, long-lasting, and high-performing relationships.
What motivates me above all is the human element and the partnership dimension of my work. I enjoy supporting my clients in their projects, finding the best solutions together, and seeing their business grow thanks to our collaboration.
