Our involvement in our ecosystem is growing, both in terms of mentorship and product donations. Structuring our CSR policy naturally led us to create this Foundation.
Félicie Ferrari
Representative of the family shareholders
As SEO & CRM Manager, Félicie Ferrari serves as the CSR point of contact at Décathlon Travel. She is also an active member of the family Group’s supervisory board.
I joined the Serge Ferrari Foundation to continue my commitment and have a tangible impact on protecting people affected by climate change. Raising awareness of the ecological transition while seeking solutions to build the world of tomorrow is very important to me.
Françoise Fournier
Former employee of Serge Ferrari Group
After 38 years at Serge Ferrari, during which she held various positions, Françoise Fournier excelled in developing the tensile architecture market, particularly for sports facilities. She also contributed to the establishment of Polyloop, the Group’s mobile recycling units.
Over the past decades, I, along with my teammates, have worked to help our company thrive. It is exciting to be able to allocate part of this prosperity to causes of general interest
Yves Mossot

After more than 15 years with the company, Yves Mossot naturally engages with the Serge Ferrari Foundation.
It is urgent to change course. Joining the Foundation is an opportunity to raise awareness and support essential changes, leveraging our values and knowledge to meet tomorrow’s challenges.
Sabine Da Pozzo

Sabine Da Pozzo has nearly 20 years of experience in international business development and marketing within Serge Ferrari Group. Born into an Italian family, she grew up with a dual culture that naturally oriented her toward international work, a thread throughout her career.
I want to bring my curiosity and energy to the Foundation to create new partnerships in France and abroad. Since COVID, successive crises related to materials and regulations have challenged the connection between companies and their environment. I believe the Foundation’s work should embody the Group’s values and make us its ambassadors.

Geraldine Dupré
Relationship Director at Fabrique Spinoza and Co-founder of the Spinoza Academy
After about twenty years in the telecommunications sector, Géraldine joined Fabrique Spinoza, a movement dedicated to civic happiness, during the creation of the first University of Happiness at Work. Since then, she has been responsible for relationship management and co-founded the Spinoza Academy, the association’s training branch.
Basile Fighiera
Independent Low-Carbon Strategy Consultant
Aware of and concerned about social and environmental issues, Basile Fighiera is an independent consultant in low-carbon strategy. He supports private and public organizations in reducing their environmental footprint through awareness workshops, training, and carbon assessments. He is also active in several associations to advance civil society on these issues.

After working in local government to foster territorial development, Fany Allarousse has a unique profile combining knowledge of the public sector, business, and participatory management. Passionate about systemic approaches that leverage organizational strengths, she worked with Serge Ferrari Group for nearly four years to support and drive the company’s transition, strengthening a more virtuous business model. Her original experience in industry gives her a fresh perspective, which she promotes through the Group’s CSR project summarized by the acronym “+=0.” Today, Fany applies her expertise at Babolat, a company specializing in racket sports equipment.

With over 20 years of experience at Serge Ferrari Group, Hervé Garcia coordinates the technical activities of the Foundation. His knowledge of local public and nonprofit actors is a valuable asset for mobilizing territorial synergies. His skills ensure the Foundation operates in alignment with local realities.
