An innovative membrane to protect and enhance urban structures

Flexlight Shield 800 has been developed to meet the most demanding requirements of halls and semi-permanent structures. Compliant with BROOF (EN 13501-5)—the European reference standard for protection against external fire exposure—it prevents burning particles from penetrating the structure in the event of a nearby fire.

In addition to enhanced safety, the membrane maintains a durable white appearance thanks to an anti-wicking treatment and a fluorinated lacquer that preserves cleanliness over time.

Two versions to suit every need

  • Flexlight Shield 800 Translucent: promotes natural daylight while ensuring mechanical strength and safety.
  • Flexlight Shield 800 Bicolor: offers a dual interior/exterior finish, ideal for structures integrating into various environments.

Shield 800 has been specifically designed to pass BROOF (EN 13501-5) testing and to retain minimum mechanical strength even after repeated folding.

Practicality and long-lasting performance

Flexlight Shield 800 combines durability with ease of use:

  • Optimal safety: compliant with the strictest European and international regulations
  • Durability: 10-year warranty, even after repeated folding and intensive use
  • Long-lasting aesthetics: bright white surface resistant to dirt
  • Easy maintenance: long-life fluorinated lacquer
  • Adaptability: available in large widths for easier installation on all types of structures

Suitable for demanding and regulated applications

Flexlight Shield 800 is perfectly suited for:

  • Steel halls requiring enhanced fire safety and durability
  • Semi-permanent and permanent structures that must remain compliant over time
  • Modular projects where aesthetics and brightness are essential
  • Projects subject to ICPE regulations
