In 1973, Serge Ferrari founded his company, and invented Précontraint, an innovative patented material combining resistance and durability with light weight, while offering a unique weight/performance ratio.
Since then, the company has continued to innovate, becoming a technological leader in flexible composite membranes. Today, Serge Ferrari is a French industrial group, firmly oriented towards the international market, and the development of products to contribute to the production of attractive, durable, lightweight, responsible and competitive solutions.

By maintaining control over development and production on its three industrial sites in Europe, the company has continued its international expansion, establishing long-term win-win relationships with the users of its materials, customers, employees, suppliers and shareholders.

Our lightweight, durable products keep their characteristics for a long time, ensuring user comfort and installation safety.  By implementing a collection and recycling scheme (Texyloop) for our materials, we can offer them a second life and a new purpose, by saving primary resources.
