At the Methelec plant in the Auvergne-Rhône Alpes region, Serge Ferrari membranes are used for biogas storage in a post-digester.

Serge Ferrari materials were selected for their durability and performance: a double-skin to contain the raw biogas and a second skin for climate protection. This choice was motivated by the technical expertise of Serge Ferrari and an unrivalled warranty.

Nos membranes au service de la production d'EnR

Le modèle Allemand prévoyait l’installation d’un matériau comme l’EPDM. Cependant, compte tenu des exigences de faibles pertes de méthane, celui-ci n’était pas adapté. Consciencieux, le porteur de projet s’est alors tourné vers des matériaux armés qui ne perdent pas en étanchéité une fois mis en pression.  A la suite de discussions techniques sur le facteur de sécurité en pression, la résistance aux UV ou encore le support technique, le choix de la biobrane Advanced 4739 FR de Serge Ferrari s’est imposé.
