The Serge Ferrari Foundation project is part of the Group's long-standing commitment to CSR.

On the basis of its signature "Act now to build a better tomorrow", the Group has been committed for many years in a policy to transform its industrial model into a more sustainable one, thanks in particular to products that meet the challenges of the green transition. The Foundation's project reinforces the Group's commitment to CSR.

With a budget of €250,000 over 5 years, the Serge Ferrari Foundation will provide financial support to structures of general interest that respond to the causes it defends. It will also have the possibility of intervening in exceptional causes.

Housed at the Fondation de France, it will benefit from more than 50 years of consolidated expertise in all areas of general interest and from tailored support for its operation.

The Serge Ferrari Foundation is managed by a governance committee which brings together employees and people close to the company, a member of the Ferrari family and experts. It will be chaired by Sébastien Baril, Chairman and CEO of the Group, and Félicie Ferrari, representative of the family shareholding.

The first call for proposal will take place in 2023.
